VOR is a trading software product operated by an individual based in Cornwall, United Kingdom. For data protection purposes, the operator of VOR is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service:

• —Account data: your name and email address when you register or purchase.
• —Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe, crypto payment processors). We do not store card numbers or wallet keys.
• —Usage data: pages visited, time on site, browser type — collected anonymously via analytics to improve the product.
• —Communications: any emails or messages you send us.
• —API credentials: if you configure VOR to connect to an exchange, your API keys are stored locally on your machine only — never transmitted to or stored by VOR servers.

We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

• —To send you order confirmations, licence keys, and model updates (Pro subscribers).

We use a small number of third-party services to operate VOR:

• —Crypto payment processor — for BTC, ETH and USDT payments. No personal data beyond a wallet address is shared.
• —Vercel — website hosting. Vercel may collect anonymised server logs.
• —Analytics provider — anonymous, cookieless analytics only. No personally identifiable data is shared.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

VOR uses minimal cookies — only those strictly necessary for the website to function (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our analytics are cookieless and do not identify individuals. You will not be asked to accept a cookie banner for tracking purposes.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Your exchange API keys are never transmitted to our servers. They are stored in a local .env file on your own machine and are your responsibility to protect.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Pro subscribers by email. The latest version will always be available at vor.io/privacy.
