Terms of membership

Last updated 15 September 2026

1. Who we are

VOR is run by an individual based in the United Kingdom ("VOR", "we", "us"). You can contact us at support@vor-ai.com.

2. What you are buying

A VOR membership gives one person access to the VOR Flow Desk website while the membership is paid up, and the Subscriber role in the VOR Discord server for the same period. The desk is a market information screen. It reads public market data in your browser and ranks it using the rules published on the desk.

The desk does not connect to any exchange account, does not hold funds and never places orders.

3. Not financial advice

VOR is not a financial adviser and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on the desk, this website or in the VOR Discord is financial advice, investment advice or a personal recommendation, and none of it takes your circumstances into account. Scores, "buy" labels, entry zones, invalidation levels and targets are the output of fixed rules. They are not predictions, not probabilities and not backtested returns.

Every trading decision is yours alone and so is its result. Please read the risk warning.

4. Your account

5. Payment and renewal

Membership costs £15 a month, including any VAT that applies, and is billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your access continues for a short period while it does; if payment is not made, the membership ends.

If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Your 14-day right to cancel. UK consumer law normally lets you cancel a digital service within 14 days. Because the desk is available the moment you subscribe, you are asked when you pay to agree that access starts immediately. By doing so you accept that you lose that 14-day right once access has started. This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals at any time, or your other legal rights.

7. The service

We work to keep the desk available and accurate, but it relies on third-party data feeds (currently Binance's public market data) that we do not control. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete, blocked in your region or on your network, or wrong. The desk labels missing data where it can detect it. We may change, improve or remove features, and will not reduce what the membership includes without telling you.

8. Our liability

We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any decision you make using the desk or anything said in the Discord. Our total liability to you for anything arising from your membership is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
