Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, foreign exchange and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
VOR is a software tool — it is not a financial adviser and does not provide financial advice. Nothing on this website, in the Software, or in any communications from VOR should be construed as financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any instrument.
VOR makes no guarantee, representation or warranty that use of the Software will result in profits. Past performance of the Software — whether in simulation, backtesting or live trading — is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Trading conditions, market structure and liquidity change over time. A strategy that has performed well historically may perform poorly in the future. Market conditions that differ from those in which the Software was developed may result in losses.
VOR may be used with leveraged trading instruments including perpetual futures contracts. Leverage amplifies both potential gains and potential losses. Using high leverage significantly increases the risk of losing your entire position.
Algorithmic trading software is subject to technology risks including but not limited to:
You are responsible for monitoring the Software and your positions. VOR recommends running a secondary monitoring system and setting exchange-level stop losses as a safety net.
The regulatory status of algorithmic trading and cryptocurrency trading varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of VOR complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.
VOR is developed and operated in the United Kingdom. It is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulator. It does not constitute a regulated financial service.
VOR operates in simulation mode by default. Simulation mode uses real market prices but executes paper trades — no real money is at risk in simulation mode.
Live trading must be explicitly enabled by the user. When live trading is enabled, real orders are placed on your exchange account using your API credentials. Real money is at risk.
By using VOR, you acknowledge and accept that:
If you are unsure whether algorithmic trading is appropriate for your financial situation, we strongly recommend seeking independent financial advice from a qualified and regulated financial adviser before using VOR.
For UK residents, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) maintains a register of authorised financial advisers at register.fca.org.uk.
